Planning to bring a guest?

Attendees are invited to bring one guest to share in this experience. There is a guest convenience fee of $500, which includes conference accommodations and all meals (with cocktails) as scheduled. The fee will be charged at the time of check-in at Chipeta Lodge Resort + Spa.

Please note, lift tickets are only provided to conference attendees. Guests are responsible to purchase their own tickets if they would like to ski but will be included in transportation arrangements to and from the mountain.
