Friday, February 27

Start your day with a refreshing breakfast in the Great Room of Chipeta Lodge. 

|   8:00am - Meeting Sessions

Join us for engaging meeting sessions at the Kiva Center, where we will explore deferred compensation plans, COLI, iCOLI, executive benefits, emerging technologies, industry updates and much more. 
 

|   10:45am - Free Time | Lunch Pickup

Take 45 minutes to unwind and get ready for an exciting afternoon of skiing or sightseeing and pick up box lunch in Chipeta Lodge's Great Room before we gather for shuttle service to Telluride! 
 

|   11:30am - Shuttle to Mountain Village

Gather for shuttle service to Mountain Village in the Reception area of Chipeta Lodge Resort + Spa.
 

|   12:30pm - Telluride Ski | Telluride Sightseeing

Pick up your equipment at rental spot of your choice (recommend Telluride Sports) before hitting the slopes for a day of adventure and breathtaking views!
 

|   04:15pm - Après Ski

Join us at the Tomboy Tavern in the Mountain Village for an Après Ski Happy Hour!
 

|   05:30pm - Shuttle Pickup

Shuttle pickup at Mountain Village for the ride back to Chipeta Lodge Resort + Spa in Ridgway.
 

|   07:00pm - Dinner at White Buffalo Restaurant

This evening promises to be a delightful experience filled with great food and engaging conversations at White Buffalo!

Saturday, February 28

Kick off your day with a breakfast in the Great Room at Chipeta Lodge.
 

|   08:00am - Meeting Sessions 

Join us for our second day of engaging meeting sessions at the Kiva Center, where we will explore deferred compensation plans, COLI, iCOLI, executive benefits, emerging technologies, industry updates and much more.
 

|   10:30am - Free Time | Lunch Pickup

Take an hour to unwind and get ready for an exciting afternoon of skiing or sightseeing and pick up box lunch in Chipeta Lodge's Great Room before we gather for shuttle service to Telluride!

Gather for shuttle service to Telluride Ski Resort in the Reception area of Chipeta Lodge Resort + Spa.
 
|  12:30pm - Telluride Ski | Telluride Sightseeing

Enjoy an afternoon skiing the stunning mountains or sightseeing. If skiing, be sure to pick up your equipment before hitting the slopes. 

 
|  04:30pm - Transportation to Mt. Mez 
Rendezvous at Telluride Resort for a short drive to Mt. Mez. Relax and enjoy the ride while we take care of the details.
 
|  05:00pm - Happy Hour & Dinner at Mt. Mez
Join us for happy hour and dinner at Mt. Mez, Todd's mountain retreat, in the stunning San Juan Mountains. Enjoy refreshing drinks and delicious dishes while mingling with fellow attendees in a cozy atmosphere as the day winds down.

Shuttle pickup at Mt. Mez for the return trip to Chipeta Lodge after an incredible evening with the event attendees!
