Todd Mezrah
Todd is also the founder and CEO of Mezrah Consulting, a national executive benefits consulting firm, cofounder of AZ Capital Partners, a private investment company, and is on the Advisory Board of IP Capital Partners, a private equity real estate firm.
Todd is a graduate of the University of Alabama where he obtained a B.A. in Corporate Finance and Investment Management. In addition, Todd received an MBA in Business Administration with an emphasis in employee benefits from Georgia State University in Atlanta.

Jacob Bosacki
Jacob Bosacki is a Co-founder and Managing Partner. He helps organizations develop, implement, and maintain executive compensation and benefit strategies that restore, reward and retain top talent.
Prior to co-founding Institutional Architects, Jake led the corporate practice of a national executive benefits firm. Throughout his career he has served multiple Fortune 100 organizations as an attorney or technical director, including JP Morgan, Northwestern Mutual and Nationwide Financial. Jake also leads corporate programs for TriAlpha Capital.
Jake holds a bachelor's in economics from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a juris doctorate from Marquette University School of Law. He is also a Fellow of the Secure Retirement Institute.
Charlie Groux
Charlie Groux is a finance professional who began his career at National City Bank, participating in the Commercial Banking Development Program. When National City Bank was acquired by PNC, he served in several capacities until reaching the position of Senior Underwriter / Portfolio Manager. In 2013, Charlie took a position at Huntington National Bank. He started as a Portfolio Manager and by 2019, he had risen to the position of Managing Director within Huntington Private Capital. During his tenure, Charlie sourced, underwritten, and monitored an aggregate commitment amount exceeding $190 million in over 30 funds.
In 2023, Charlie took on the role of Senior Managing Director at 3A Partners, LLC. In this new capacity, he continues his focus on SBIC fund investing, leveraging his extensive experience in the field. His diverse experiences, combined with his educational background, have equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the financial industry.
Charlie completed his degree in Finance, Marketing, and Business from Ohio University in 2007.
Richard D. Jacobson
Richard Jacobson joined Golub Capital in 2014 and isa Managing Director in the Business Development group. He is responsible for managing existing and new client relationships across all investment offerings for the Firm.
Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Jacobson worked at Stern Capital, where he led the firm's expansion into private debt and equity transactions. Prior to this position, Mr. Jacobson served as Managing Director and one of four partners overseeing Indosuez Capital’s Merchant Banking group, where he was a member of the Investment Committee and oversaw the group’s origination and structuring of senior loans, mezzanine debt and private equity co-investments. Prior to that, Mr. Jacobson was an Associate in the law firm of Jacobs, Persinger and Parker, where he drafted documents relating to acquisitions, joint ventures, private placements, leveraged buyouts and debt financings.
Mr. Jacobson earned his BA degree cum laude in English and Sociology from Tulane University. He received an MBA from the Columbia Business School and a JD from American University’s Washington College of Law.

Michael Kleeman
Michael Kleeman is Senior Director of Sales and Business Development at Broadridge. In this role, Michael leads client development and relationship management initiatives to key client and industry relationships within the retirement and wealth ecosystem, with a specialized focus in the Nonqualified Plan and Executive Benefits space.
Prior to this role, Michael led Broadridge’s Retirement and Workplace business where he developed and refined the vision and strategy for trust/custody, trading, and advisor solutions. Michael leveraged his nearly 20 years of industry experience in evaluating industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to develop new solutions, buyers, and markets.
Beginning his career at Lincoln Financial Group, Michael led the large market retirement plan recordkeeping business teams and served as subject matter expert across the Retirement Plan Services Administration division. Prior to joining Broadridge in 2018, Michael served as a Senior Consultant at TIAA, leading strategic, technology, and process improvement initiatives across the Institutional Retirement business.
Michael graduated with a B.S. in Financial Planning from Purdue University and a master’s in business administration from Colorado State University.
Mark Laramee
Mark Laramee joined Bain Capital in 2022. He is the Executive Vice President of Insurance Strategies within Bain Capital Insurance’s Portfolio Group based in Boston.
Prior to joining Bain Capital, he was Vice President, Solutions Business Development Manager at Swiss Re where he delivered solutions to retain current and attract prospective insurers and direct clients. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director of Corporate Owned Life Insurance (“COLI”) Sales and Distribution at MassMutual where he was recruited to build and launch the COLI sales solutions line of business. Earlier in his career, his roles included Sales Vice President at Voya Financial and Corporate Solutions Sales Director at John Hancock.
Mark received an MBA from Sacred Heart University and a BA from Boston University.
Todd Mezrah
Todd Mezrah is the founder and CEO of mapbenefits, a fintech company focused on nonqualified plans/COLI, iCOLi and BOLI administration. Todd is responsible for the company’s vision, growth, strategic technology initiatives and future roadmap.
Todd and his team designed mapbenefits to facilitate a complex process giving clients access to a secure, world-class technology platform for nonqualified deferred compensation plan implementation and administration. mapbenefits allows corporations, financial firms and 401(k) providers to leverage a fast, secure, cloud-based 409A-compliant platform with ease. The mapbenefits platform was developed utilizing Salesforce’s force.com infrastructure, SQL Server, and .NET technology, and has obtained SSAE 18, SOC 1 Type II and SOC 2 Type I Compliance.

David Mohr
David Mohr is the head of COLI Sales & Distribution for MassMutual’s institutional corporate-owned life insurance (COLI) products. In his role, David is responsible for the development and management of relationships with financial advisors and brokers to provide guidance on the uses of MassMutual’s COLI product lineup.
He has more than 25 years of experience in COLI distribution and corporate executive benefit planning. Most recently, he spent 15 years as a National Sales Director with a leading COLI carrier. In addition, he spent seven years as a Vice President at Marsh Executive Benefits where he was responsible for the development of relationships creating opportunities for the design, funding and administration of nonqualified deferred compensation (NQDC) plans, supplemental executive retirement plans (SERP) and supplemental executive life and disability plans.
David holds the CLU, ChFC and CFP designations and is a FINRA registered broker with the series 6, 7,63,65, and 26 licenses. He is a graduate of Rutgers University – Camden with a B.A. in Business Administration.
Caleb Sieben
Caleb Sieben is the Manager of Financial Analytics atMezrah Consulting. He supports the firm’s executive benefit and deferredcompensation strategy by using data-driven analysis to identify trends,forecast financial performance, and guide client planning strategies. Calebworks closely with both internal teams and external partners to deliverinsights that drive smarter financial decisions for clients and the firm.
Caleb has been with Mezrah Consulting since 2018, startingas a Financial Analyst within the Case Design department. Beforecompleting his education and joining Mezrah Consulting, Caleb served as anIn-Flight Refueling Craftsman in the United States Air Force from 2009-2017.
Caleb attended Florida State University and TheAmerican University of Rome prior to graduating with his bachelor’s degree infinance from the University of Tampa.
